Ingested are a brutal and never-dull English Death Metal/Slam Deathcore band that has six excellent albums with the highlight being 2022's Ashes Lie Still, but I would highly recommend listening to the entire catalogue-very solid and hectic as hell.



Ingested finally make it to our shores as part of the glorious Tech Trek Australia tour with the insane TechDeath legends-Archspire in October with our Aussie heroes Werewolves. That will be one insane tour, but use this chance to get to know the mighty Ingested as Lyn took the time to cover many topics:

-the upcoming Australian tour



-the band's progression over its 16 years and some of the bands that have and still influence them

-how the key to their solid work is keeping their core members, plus excellent production skills adding that extra power




-the maturity and strengths of their last killer album Ashes Lie Still
